You are my everything

It is amazing to see how much kids grow from one year to the next. Who ever said enjoy them because time flies is right...they grow up sooo fast. Here is a LO I made of my two kids one picture is from 2007 and the other from 2008. I created this Layout using Making Memories flower patch papers. I also used my Cricut Expression and the Home Accent cartridge for the swirls, fiskars punch for the hear edge. Thanks for looking and as always thanks for the wonderful comments..

I love you more than you'll ever know daddy

Like I said before my days are not long enough to catch up on my scrapbooking...yesterday I made the point to go and buy some updated papers and today with a little help from my two adorable children I made two LO's. Between cleaning, washing and the usual cooking I tried to keep my embelies to the minimum. This LO was made with My mind's eye paper and cut outs, Daisy D's paper and as always my cricut expression. Thanks for looking and have a productive week.

Mom you made me a BOY!

About two weeks ago I decided to cut April's bangs. She started crying as soon as she saw her hair land on the floor...after a few minutes of tears she yelled at me and said "Mom you made me a boy!". I couldn't resist but to take a few pictures of her and her new hair cut...I will always remember the funny things she says but this one took me by complete surprise!

I used papers from Rusty Pickle, as usual my cricut expression, wrights lace, screen prints journaling bits and misc buttons.

*Hello, there- I hope you are having a great week. I haven't been keeping up with my children's scrapbooks so I today I actually worked on a page layout. I found this incredibly talented woman on www.scrapbook.com. She creates the most beautiful sketches and we all love sketches. Please visit Beggahuna's page and see her breath taking work...

I made this layout using the gradeschool paper stack, prima flowers, bling and the butterflies believe it or not were cut from the paper stack. Please leave a nice comment they mean sooo much to me. Have a great and productive weekend!

Sew little time!

Today's post is not about paper crafting...yeah I know...but it is about sewing. I made this cute outfit for my daughter using a pattern from www.youcanmakethis.com. (I love this site). I added my own touch by attaching a skull made with my cricut expression, the Design Studio, New Arrival, Paper Dolls and good ol' George. You might have seen it on the Cricut Message Board but I thought I would also post it here. Don't you think my daughter is working it well???? I think so!

2S4Y Entry..

I just love the inspiration I get from 2S4Y...having a sketch makes cardmaking much more enjoyable. This is my take for this weeks challenge, I made two cards since I'm trying to clear up my stach so I can start all over again. It is amazing to see how many things I have collected over the 5 yrs I have been scrapbooking and making cards.

For the first card the phrase "Good Luck" is stamped on the left side, it's not a good picture sorry! the papers are from Daisy D's and the horse shoe was made with Paper Doll Dress Up cartridge from PC.

The second card I used a charm from Lost and Found, Making memories paper among others, lace, rub on from making memories and misc. flower. Enjoy!

Neutrogena pencil holder

Hi, I bought a Neutrogena 14 day skin repair and I really like the box or should I say cylinder??? anyway I saved it because I knew I would use it for something someday...well the day is here. I remember way back when I used to cover cans of any sort with fabric to make pencil holders sooo I made one to hold my tools...I embelished with left over paper, rick rack and a cherry I made a while back using the Hello Kitty Greetings cartridge...I didn't want lots of embelies since I want to be able to see my tools. Here is a before picture of the lid and the finished pencil/tool holder.

It has been a creative day...

I love my husband BUT when he is not around my day seems to be a little more creative...I actually get to relax. Don't get me wrong he supports me with ALL my crafting needs, he even tries to scrapbook but it just seems like I enjoy it more...LOL. Here is a little box that I made since we just move lots of little things are surfacing like a pack of dollar boxes, this is one that I embelish using stickers from Melissa Frances, ribbon, Anna Griffin paper, and buttons.
